happiness blooms from within

A dream that I believe you and I share is that we want to feel a physical change in our bodies when we look at photos of our families. The butterfly feeling and deep emotions that surface when we watch a story of images over and over or hold paper photos in our hands. That change in us brings joy in the present, excitement for the future and a longing for the past. You are not alone because I feel it too. These feelings are wonderful and sometimes scary but we tell ourselves it's ok hoping that they remind us to be present in every way we can. Enjoying the people we live for.
